Frequently asked questions
The plan floats above the floor
Aim at the floor (not furniture) and wait for the target to turn green before placing the plan. Then the Height button lets you raise or lower it to the centimetre.
The plan looks too small or too big
Check the A–B dimension at the Scale step. On the floor, use “Adjust scale” on a known dimension (a 36-inch door) or the finger scale with a tape on the floor.
The plan moves when I walk
Tap the Lock button: no gesture moves it anymore. On a large lot, align it on two real landmarks.
The photo of the plan is blurry
Take the photo with Plan2Real's camera, flat, straight on and without glare: it uses the sensor's full resolution.
